Abstrak :
The background, Breast milk exclusive is giving without supplements later in infanst old 0-6 months. The purpose of the study, to determine the relationship of maternal behavior in exclsive breastfeeding for the smooth production of breast milk at working public healt care Mandrehe. The design of the study, the correlation is peneliat descriptive cross sectional approach. Population, in this study women who have babies > 6 months in the working area of care plus care health centers mandrehe. Samples, totaling 70 persons by using the total population. Analysis of the data,which is used as a questionnaire with 38 questions. The results of the research, it is known that there is a relationship of maternal behavior in exclusive breastfeeding for the smooth production of breast milk Ï<α (0,000<0,05). Conclusion, a significant relationship between maternal behavior in exclusive breastfeeding with the smooth milk production at working area public health center Mandrehe. Suggestion, is expected through this research, midwives and other health officers increasingly more active in providing to breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding.
